FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
After your enquiry, we first discuss your business, your goals and how the content will be used. You will then receive a clear recommendation and an individual proposal. Once everything is agreed, we move through planning, production and post-production to the final delivery.
No. You do not need to have a finished concept or know exactly which formats or shots you need.
The most important questions are what you want to show, who you want to reach and what you want the content to achieve. We develop the right production around those goals.
That depends on the scope of the project, the location, the number of people involved and the planned content.
A focused production can be significantly shorter than a Business Story or Signature project. The expected production time is discussed and agreed in advance.
Video length depends on the content, purpose and platform.
A short promotional film is designed to communicate its message quickly, while a Brand Commercial allows more room for the business, people and atmosphere.
With Nerasena Signature, the story determines the length of the film — not an arbitrary time limit.
The number depends on the individual project and the material created during production.
Business Story and Signature include selected short-form edits that make sense for the production. The exact scope is agreed before filming begins.
The delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the production and is agreed in advance.
Smaller productions can naturally be completed faster than extensive brand or documentary projects. If you have a specific launch or publication date, please mention it when making your enquiry.
Yes. An agreed revision round is generally part of the production process.
Major changes after approval of the concept, additional versions or requests outside the originally agreed scope may be charged separately.
The standard delivery includes carefully selected and professionally edited final content.
RAW photo files and unedited video footage are not automatically included. If you require raw material, this can be discussed individually before production.
Final photographs and videos are delivered digitally in high quality.
Depending on the project, additional versions can also be prepared specifically for websites, social media or other intended uses.
Yes. The intended usage is discussed before production and defined in the proposal.
This ensures that both sides know from the beginning where and how the final content may be used.
Portfolio and self-promotional usage are discussed transparently with the client.
If your project requires confidentiality or certain content must not be published, this should be discussed before production begins.
When identifiable people appear in the production, the necessary permissions and consent must be considered.
Depending on the project, employees, models or selected participants can be planned in advance. For events, the specific situation is discussed individually.
Yes, where required.
If the concept requires models, actors, styling, make-up, assistants, additional crew or other external services, these can be organised or planned together with you.
Any additional external costs are discussed and quoted transparently in advance.
No.
Nerasena Creative is based in Nuremberg and is available for selected projects throughout Germany. Projects beyond Germany may also be possible depending on the production.
Productions in Nuremberg and the surrounding area can usually be planned without difficulty.
For longer distances, special locations, accommodation or additional travel requirements, any extra costs are discussed and included transparently in the proposal beforehand.
If weather conditions are important for an outdoor production, we will find the most suitable solution together.
Necessary rescheduling can also be arranged. Early communication is important whenever possible.
Payment terms and any required deposit are clearly defined in the individual proposal before the project begins.
For larger or more extensive productions, a partial payment before production may be required.
The monthly packages are based on a long-term collaboration with a minimum commitment of six months.
Because we already know your business, visual direction and communication goals, repeated onboarding and parts of the initial planning process are reduced.
This long-term commitment and planning security allows us to offer a lower monthly rate.
Yes.
Additional edited photographs, further video versions, alternative formats or other services can be added depending on the project.
High-quality Fine Art Prints up to A3+ are also available for photography projects at an additional cost.
The packages are designed to provide a clear starting point.
If your project has different requirements, an individual production can be created around your needs.
The goal is not to force every project into a predefined package, but to find the right solution for what you want to achieve.
